Luxury Backpackers Ltd is passionate about travel. We aim to bring people together, help them understand our world, and allow people to share experiences that enrich everyone's lives. Luxury Backpackers Ltd aim's to inspire people to explore adventures, have fun, and travel as often as possible. We strive to provide travellers everywhere with reliable, comprehensive and independent travel information. Luxury Backpackers Ltd also provides expert, bespoke travel advice, planning and guidance to clients in return for a service fee. Luxury Backpackers Ltd is completely independent, enabling it to fairly recommend suppliers or operators offering the best products (flights, accommodation, tours etc) to fit the planned itinerary, for the client to book with directly. Please note there is no guarantee that the flights or properties will still be available when the booking is made. Luxury Backpackers Ltd endeavours at all times to provide a quality service in a friendly and professional manner. Luxury Backpackers Ltd recognises the faith and trust placed by its clients and will do its utmost to plan the perfect trip according to clients' requirements.

Luxury Backpackers Ltd only recommends the use of reputable companies. In the UK suppliers will be fully covered by the appropriate bonding (ATOL, ABTA etc), ensuring that any money paid to those companies is protected.


Risks

All travel involves an element of risk. Clients may travel to developing countries off the beaten track, where transportation, communication and healthcare standards are different to what clients may be used to in their home country. Luxury Backpackers Ltd will endeavour to inform its clients of the official UK Foreign Office travel advice regarding the safety or otherwise of travelling to certain countries, but cannot be held responsible or liable for any difficulties experienced by its clients during their trip. It is the client's responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any eventuality.


Liability

The liability of Luxury Backpackers Ltd is restricted solely to the provision of detailed travel advice and itineraries (in the case of Silver and Gold Backpacks only). If Luxury Backpackers Ltd undertakes the booking on behalf of the client, all contracts for travel (flights, accommodation, tours, car-rental etc) are made directly between the client and the selected supplier and are governed by any further terms and conditions issued by those providers. Clients accept the risks of travel and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage to them, their family or dependents arising in connection to their trip. It is the client's responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance to cover any eventuality. Any claim or dispute will be subject to the Laws of England & Wales.


Insurance

Luxury Backpackers Ltd strongly recommends all clients take out adequate travel insurance, both to cover them during their trip as well as for cancellations.


Cancellation and Amendments

No refunds are payable by Luxury Backpackers Ltd if the client cancels or postpones their trip for whatever reason. Luxury Backpackers Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable if third party suppliers, such as airlines, accommodation providers or tour operators, make any changes to their services causing losses to the client. However, as Luxury Backpackers Ltd are committed to customer service we will attempt to resolve any changes to the trip plans if required, subject to a service fee being agreed with the client.


Goods/ Service Fees

The price quoted for goods is fixed and the client will pay 100% upfront. The delivery policies for each item are stated before purchase. Luxury Backpackers Ltd has a no cash refund policy. If the client is not happy with the good(s) purchase they may exchange it up to the value of the purchase. The prices quoted online for each level of service is fixed, the client will be asked to pay 100% of this service fee upfront to Luxury Backpackers Ltd. All service fees are non-refundable, even if the advice and recommendations provided are not accepted or booked.


Client Responsibility

Luxury Backpackers Ltd is committed to making its clients' trips as rewarding as possible, and providing trip planning services quickly and efficiently. In order to do so, the client must provide all pertinent information, such as personal preferences and trip requirements, and respond to any follow-up questioning in a timely fashion.


Travel Documents

It is the clients' responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport and meet all necessary entry requirements of the country or countries they are visiting. Luxury Backpackers Ltd will do its best to inform clients of these requirements, but cannot be held responsible if these requirements change or the client does not contact the relevant embassy or consulate.


Trademarks & Copyright

Luxury Backpackers and the Luxury Backpackers logo are trademarks of Luxury Backpackers Ltd and are registered in the UK Patent and Trademark Office. Luxury Backpackers Ltd does not allow its name or logo to be appropriated by commercial establishments such as retailers, restaurants or hotels.
